Scrolling Direction to Horizontal or Vertical

1. On a page, tap the More icon in the top-right corner then select Scrolling Direction.

2. Alternatively, you can also tap the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the Library view then Settings then Document Editing then Scrolling Direction.
