• I can't open the zip file in Goodnotes or similar apps

• What do I do when the file is unsupported on my iPad?

  If you get "Unsupported File", please sign up or create an account with Dropbox (free tool). Make sure you are logged in after you sign up. The next thing you have to do is to click the download link once again, hit "Download" box and click "Save to My Dropbox".

• Why does my Apple Pencil refuse to write?

  You can fix it by closing the digital planner and opening it again.

• Why don’t my tabs work?

  Try deselecting the pen/write tool in the top right corner of your screen. GoodNotes or Notability doesn’t allow you to click links when the pen is selected. If you deselect the pen/write tool, it allows you to freely click on links. When you're ready to write again, you click the pen tool again....
